Bargaining is a big part of shopping in the Emirates, but don't bargain at chain stores,rather save your discounting skills for independent shops dealing in antiques and the like. Prices in Abu Dhabi tend to be very competitive, and there is no tax on items.
Weather
Abu Dhabi has a hot arid climate. Blue skies can be expected throughout the year.
The months of June through September are generally hot and humid with maximum temperatures averaging above 35 °C. During this time, sandstorms also occur intermittently, in some cases reducing visibility down to a few meters. Cooler weather can be expected from November to March with dense fog on some days.
