General info

Egypt is a fairly cheap country to visit, although admission fees are quite expensive. Tourist sites' admission fees such as a complete visit to the Giza Pyramids will costs you more than US$50. A service charge of between 10% and 15% is applied in most restaurants and hotels.

In the summer temperatures average between 27°C and 32°C and up to 43°C on the Red Sea coast. Winter temperatures average between 13°C and 21°C.
